FAC 302 access is limited to A+T graduate and undergraduate students via card-swipe for a reason: to protect your valuable equipment and facilities. You and your peers should not need to worry about leaving a laptop lying on a desk or a camera sitting unattended. If you bring "outsiders" (those not in A+T or currently enrolled in a 3000-4000 level course) into the space, YOU assume responsibility for their actions. Your use of the space and facilities should always keep in mind that this is a SHARED space where others depend on your responsible behavior.

RESERVATION
To reserve time in the Black Box, you need to log into the Art-Tech-Lab server (via VPN or UF network only) and use the Art-Tech calendar:
https://art-tech-lab.arts.ufl.edu/wiki/ ... h/calendar

Priorities for use of the space:
  1. Art Production - installation development, exhibition development, film/video production
  2. A+T Faculty - use by A+T 3000 level and above courses
  3. Critique - presenting YOUR work
  4. Critique - if all other uses are satisfied, you may use the space for critique related to a class you are currently teaching. Take particular note that you are responsible for your students (see above).
AUDIO
The space is set up with a Dolby Atmos 5.1 (soon 7.1.4) surround system using the same Genelec speaker system in the sound room.
