Unity and Android SDK are out of sync, so you have to replace the "tools" folder with an older version than the one that gets installed with Android Studio. See post here:

Also, in order for Unity to find the "sdk" you should drag a shortcut to the folder to your Finder window sidebar. Apple won't let you access the Library via the navigation dialog, otherwise.
